How do I wear my ankle brace?

Put on the ankle support as shown in the illustration at the top of the page. Hold both straps upwards. Cross the two straps around your ankles and over the top of your foot. Bring the straps back to the back of your foot. Cross the straps around the back of your foot. Guide the straps forwards and stick the two straps on top of each other.
