Shipping and Handling

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Policy

Orthopulse offers free shipping for all customer orders. We use fulfillment points in UK and the People's Republic of China to ensure the shortest delivery times. The estimated delivery time is 3-10 days.

We always ship the order from the nearest warehouse. However, if the ordered items are not available in our UK warehouse, we will deliver them directly from our warehouse in the People's Republic of China using the Yun Express postal service. The estimated delivery time then is 9-21 days.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed on high volume days and holidays due to high pressure on shipping companies.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orthopulse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, or with defective items, please contact us no later than 5 days after receiving the package. Attach a picture that clearly shows the damage or defects. Describe the damages and send the description and the photo/photos to info@orthopulse.co.uk. We will review the case and either send a replacement for the damaged item or issue a refund. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages

It is very rare for packages to go missing in our company. In all the years of our successful business operation, we have had only a few cases of lost orders.

An order that has not arrived after 60 days is considered lost. All "lost orders" are fully refundable. Please read our refund policies for further instructions on how to report this case and receive a refund.

Rejected Packages

Please note that rejected packages—including those not delivered due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g., incorrect or incomplete delivery address)—cannot be refunded.
